Rakim-Seventh Seal

If you know Rakim then you know who is dropping knowledge. This rapper has achieved many tasks like promoting positive raps with a punch of street wisdom. He is the man with the plan to get paid. I think he has released many classics.

I think the album Seventh Seal. It also a great album which offers a great dosage of melodic beats with rough sounding drum beats. Lyric wise is the album worth much shine. I think the track featuring Maino is a great track. It is street yet full of street wisdom. The track Holy Are You also a track with the hook sung. This album is a not production wise that dope as the 18th Letter album. The lyrics are still deep. I can not seem to get used to lots of male singing on the hooks.

If you are looking for an album that really offer a vibe of street raps with twist of knowledge then god Rakim is the man to present you the Seventh Seal.

Nas It was written

This album contains many dope tracks. I remember that I bought this album and popped a bottle and pumped that album. I think there are some magic involved in this album. I think back in 1997 when this album came out Queens rappers got terrain.

On this album is the song featured called Black Girl Lost. This is so warm song. I love this song Nas has written many dope songs and this is one of them. The Message contains some great tunes and samples. I think this album can challenge the new rappers to be real and focus on what is happening in the society and write about those problems. To solve the wars of urban America we have to start the change the world thinks and this brings me to the song 'If I ruled the world'. I think if I ruled the world I start to solve the problems of world hunger, poverty and violence.

This album 'It Was Written' is a household name of one of the most impact making albums in the hip hop world right now. I think there are great skits and there are features of Mobb Deep, Cormega and Foxy Brown.

A Tribe Called Quest- beats, rhymes and life.

This is one of my favorites ever. I think in the beginning when a album comes out the hype strikes and the for me it is listing sessions to grow with the artist. I think being offered so much by A Tribe Called Quest is inevitable to get to know Queens and the whole vibe the east coast rappers are taking you to.

I think Phife once again battle rappers on the record. These are classic battle raps presented by the Phife of A Tribe Called Quest. This album is about Phife I think. I think he makes a great statement about getting busy on palm juice. This is stylish. I think it is cool to listen to A.T.C.Q. I think there is a funny skit on the album about club hopping. I can not believe that I got this album vinyl. I think it is a great album to give to a young hip hop fan.

I think it is worth every second listening to this album. I think if you are young it is not only there is Lil' Wanye or Souljah Boy. If you do not know about Q-Tip who has helped out many rappers to blow. If you are black and you come from the underground of east coast then there is a big chance that you blow if you do a track with Q-Tip.

Ice Cube 'Lethal Injection' album short review

I have been listening to Ice Cube's Lethal Injection since it came out. I had bought it on cd. I listen to it online. I think the skit is shooting Mr.White is sick. I wonder where the bullet went. The song 'Really Doe' is a rare songs comes out dope.

I think Ice Cube made a mark on the International hip hop scene. He has released many albums. I think on this album called 'Lethal Injection' is one of the classics Ice Cube made. The song 'Ghetto bird' is sharp when it comes to poetic way of putting how irritating the Cops are. I think if you are black in America it is either 9 till 5 or slinging crack. There are few choices when it comes to the possibilities the black youth is facing Internationally. I think our sisters got eyes on ball players and rappers. There are lots of gun busters but not enough Asiatic black men who are doing major surgeries in US hospitals. Not even a black doctor in a movie.

I know if I ever wanted to become a doctor I could of been one. I had plenty of chances that is why I made a choice to become a rapper. I have plans to make underground classics. Ice Cube is one of my inspirations to make it big in the east coast underground rap scene.

Ol' Dirty Basterd.

His first solo joint was one of Wu-Tang's banging joints from back in the days. It contains some funny skits and dope rap songs. The track 'Raw hide' is one of the banging joints. If you take Ol' Dirty he is one of the rawest Wu Tang members.

No matter how ruff the beat is he is known for setting it off on the track. I think it is sad that Ol' Dirty has passed away. He has made great songs even on his second album he made a strong point by rocking it raw.
The second album is called 'Nigga Please' There is a track with Kelis. I think as a Wu Tang member Ol' Dirty has set trend to rhyme raw. He commits in one of his songs that his parents grew up cursing.

This he brings out in his albums. It is like it is nothing for him to drop a dope rap on the beat and no matter how much weed he smokes he shows how to rock a rhyme.

Mobb Deep The Infamous album

I love this album, this is a certified Queens classic. This album is beat wise very evolved. This album contains bangers like 'Give up your goods'. And 'Shook ones'. These beats are melodic with the hardcore twist.
This album showed what Queens rappers have to bring to the table.

There is quite hype about Queens rappers and the gangster raps to dropping knowledge. You name it Queens rappers got it. The county of Queens has brought many names to the scene and Prodigy and Havoc are rappers who are on top when it comes to Queens rappers. There are many good contributions they have made to the east coast hip hop scene.

If you take the track on the Infamous album 'Eye for an eye'. This tracks is a rare track because it is produced by Chef Raekwon. This is an underground classic which represents a hardcore type of raps to chill .

Welcome to my hip hop blog.

Hi, I am happy that you are here. I have made instance plans to maintain a blog. This blog will contain information about hip hop albums and artist information. I am a blogger who have been maintaining various blogs. This blogging is nothing new to me.

I will start with one of my all time favorite albums. This album is the Illmatic album of Nas. This album brings me back to ninety four. When I was first in love with west coast raps, there was a whole another genre evolving in the east. These days they call it east coast hip hop. The Illmatic album remains a classic because of the production and lyrics wise there are a depth when it comes to Nas' rhyming style.

I think Nas helped to put Queens on the map too. I think where MC Shan started Nas build further on that platform to bring Queens up. This also opened many doors. This brought the chance to Bravehearts to break through. Mobb Deep blew, Cormega Blew and lots of other Queens rappers were instantly on the map.
